Before working for Balfour Beatty, he worked for Infinity MEP Consultants as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on designing and optimizing HVAC systems for large commercial construction.William is a proud Member of TREC, one of the biggest real estate organizations in Texas. He is also on the Young Guns Core Committee as a co-chair for TREC, and is a member of RaiseMasters, the elite Mastermind for Capital Raisers. He specializes in educating investors about the advantages of passively investing in commercial real estate through syndication.William has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.
